I need to build a deer hunting blind, but I must be portable and will work if you create any ideas, please list them, give me via email, or feel that I need to purchase (the fear of deer, and is used under $ 170)

Yes it is. If you have access to welding equipment can weld pipes with a light but durable, and put a blanket over camouflage.
