But I would try to Victoria's Secret (not pink), because they have many options to go skirts, are usually women, if they are large. If not, buy a belt of Nice.

One of these very large elastic straps gives the illusion of considerable size. do not know when you need it, but they have some very high-waisted pencil skirts in Victoria's Secret, too.
