This guy was drunk, that I am a long time we were in bed and put his hands on my neck and choked me twice known. I could not breathe. I had the strength of my hands. I went home. He laughed and told me he tried to break his neck out, it was as if he tried to strangle me. He threatened to kill me before.

Are you kidding? Escape this guy! Call the police to see if this is the case. I think they need to prove evidence of a violation if, as red spots on the neck, then report it immediately.
