I did some research on tattoos, because I want to get one, but my biggest concern is how clean will be the process. I want my tattoo is an expression of me, not a memory of my contract a disease. What are some ways to tell how clean the salon, and there is a ranking system available (like a food inspector) to tell how clean a room?
